Behold! ART!! Also known as the most comfortable pair of $9.99 shoes ever to exist in all of the histories of all the worlds.


 
I had pork chops for the first time in probably about 10 years last night. Still not thrilled with them but the sauce was amazing. I will have to try again with chicken.
Recipes for best pork I’ve had in 10 years
½ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper, extra pepper
Rosemary – I forgot to add this.
Mix with spoon, coat then bake the meat, serve and enjoy. It makes enough for 3or 4 pieces of protein. Bake at 425 till done
I’d pair this with a chardonnay ideally. But I had a mimosa with it and that wasn’t bad either.
